Business Administrator at Crystal Financial Solutions (2023-05 – Present)
My role at Crystal Financial Solutions has been split into two parts, I worked as an administrator on the wealth team, assisting the adviser on pensions, investments an inheritance tax planning advice. Through this I have picked up a vast knowledge of a range of products and how to assist clients. I also worked on the estate planning side of the business, being tasked with advising clients on their Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney and any other areas of their estate planning such as trusts, being able to conduct my own meetings and build client relationships.
Warehouse Operative at Alliance Automotive (2020-08 – 2022-03)
While working in the warehouse at several different Lloyds Motor Spares shops, it was my role to check off and put away stock, put stock onto our system and then pick orders. I was then trained and was able to provide administration support on different sides of operations, such as dispatch and running reports. Was also comfortable assisting on the retail counter when needed.
Relief Team at Intelligent office (2018-11 – 2020-03)
Worked as a member of the relief team at Capsticks LLP in Wimbledon, where there would either be administration in the DocuCentre performing reprographics work, or on First Impressions providing hospitality for meetings and functions in the building.
Parts Team Assistant at ABM UK (2018-07 – 2018-08)
Worked as a temp as a member of the parts team and was given the role of ordering the lamps required for lighting jobs for the engineers. This role required constant use of computer programmes such as Excel and a lot of communication between the other two members on the team.
