I am a hardworking and determined student who has a strong interest in engineering and problem solving. Currently I'm studying at Training 2000, allowing me to get a career in engineering. It also allowed me to try practical and creative thinking for real-world challenges. Looking for an apprenticeship or work experience would let me develop technical skills and gain hands-on experience in this industry.

Placement - LITE LTD

I was at LITE LTD for my placement, where I needed to strip down frames, make light globes also move around frames in the warehouse where I needed to use communication skills to make sure no one gets injured as we needed to be aware of our surroundings. I used my teamwork, problem solving skills and gain hands-on experience with some of the machines and how to use tools in a workplace.

Work Experience - Pennine Community Farm - Burnley

I went to Pennine Community Farm, and this is in Burnley where I needed to get there at 10 am, and this would allow me to use my time management skills as I made it on time. To know what I would be working on, I was told to pick out the weeds and roots from plant pots and allow vegetables and fruit to grow, allowing people to have a food source.

Work Experience - Walker Tree Services

I completed a week of work experience at Walker Tree Services. During this time, I learned how to work effectively as part of a team to remove dead trees around the area. My responsibilities were to drag branches into a wood chipper and to assist with the safety of the trees. This experience taught me the importance of teamwork, clear communication, and maintaining safety in a physically demanding environment.
