A highly motivated and enthusiastic individual with experience working within inhouse talent acquisition and 360 agency recruitment delivering on entry level to senior level roles with large companies around the world. I have come from a sports management and development background that has allowed me to develop skills I use today to create and establish key relationships, manage several key projects on the go, and effectively managing teams. I am currently going through redundancy due to a team restructure, therefore I've been placed on gardening leave until the end of 2024.

This has given me time to reflect on my career aspirations and I am now interested in taking on a new challenge in a line of work that excites me with the opportunity to learn and develop.

• Establish accounts with companies through business development in my given market and provide recruitment support across all job functions through head hunting, talent match, salary bench marking, and talent maps.
• Achieved revenue of just over £100K during my time, through new clients that I made partnerships with through retained and contingent processes.

Head of Community - Gainsborough Trinity Foundation

• Managed all school program provision, making key relationships with local schools selling programs to fulfill their PE curriculum and extracurricular needs.
• Recruited students from local schools and organised events for our post 16 BTEC program.
• Created a Football Development Centre with a pathway from 18 months – 12-year-olds from scratch.
