With a rich background in industrial design and retail solutions, I am a designer with a mission: to bridge the gap between creative vision and flawless execution. During over a decade at Dyson, I developed the ability to translate a brand’s DNA into immersive and commercially driven environments, ranging from flagship stores to innovative third party designs.
My European heritage and fluency in four languages provide a unique perspective on design, one that is both culturally nuanced and globally adaptable. I am experienced in leading retail concept design and managing complex projects from initial concept through to global implementation. My passion lies in creating engaging spaces that not only tell a brand’s story and enhance the customer experience but also deliver tangible results for both the brand and its retail partners.
I am a highly experienced Industrial Designer and Retail Solutions Manager with over 11 years dedicated to the design and execution of global retail environments. My career has been defined by translating complex brand strategies into physical, commercially successful spaces, primarily through my decade long tenure at Dyson.
Global Retail Leadership (Dyson, 10+ years): I progressed through roles from Retail Designer to Senior Concept Designer, taking full ownership of the global store design life cycle—from initial conceptualisation and visualisation to implementation and quality control. I was instrumental in developing and enforcing global design guidelines and third party systems for localized markets.
End to End Project Management: I am adept at managing diverse cross-functional stakeholders (Engineering, Marketing, Finance, Operations) to ensure cost-effective, flexible solutions and seamless project execution.
Current Focus (andless studio): I bring expertise in client relationship management, overseeing the development and execution of retail projects ranging from small conceptual endeavours to boutique establishments, emphasizing collaboration and high quality deliverables.
Design Specialization: My work includes conceptualizing in store experiences, creating detailed layouts, managing technical drawings, and ensuring design integrity is maintained through construction and localization.
