I hold a BSc (Hons) in Software Engineering from Liverpool John Moores University, alongside a Microsoft Technology Associate certification in Software Development Fundamentals and a Level 4 qualification in Computer Forensics and Security. I have spent close to ten years in demanding operational roles within hospitality. My academic training gives me a solid grounding in how data is structured, secured, and turned into something usable.
I am comfortable working with technical systems end to end, from understanding how data is collected and stored through to presenting it in a way that supports decisions. I understand the importance of accuracy and compliance when handling information that other people rely on. I have practical experience in coordinating across teams under pressure, spotting inefficient processes and fixing them, training and guiding colleagues through new ways of working, and communicating clearly with people who do not share my technical background.
