I am a passionate Restaurant Manager & Sommelier with over 18 years of experience in the global Food & Beverage industry, spanning Michelin-starred restaurants, luxury hotels, and private aviation across Europe, America, and Asia. My career has taken me through some of the world's most renowned establishments, where I have honed my skills in wine service, guest experience, and team leadership.
As a Certified Sommelier (Court of Master Sommeliers, ASI Level 1), I have managed extensive wine programs, developed curated beverage menus, and trained teams to deliver exceptional service. I also co-founded the Northern Sommelier Club, a network dedicated to supporting beverage professionals across the UK.
Beyond restaurants, I have experience in private aviation, having worked as Head of State Airline Inflight Culinary Operations in Saudi Arabia and as a Butler for Etihad Airways, delivering bespoke service in The Residence, the most exclusive luxury suite in commercial aviation.
My background as a trained chef includes working in some of the world’s best kitchens, such as Noma, Mirazur, and Mugaritz, which has deepened my understanding of food and wine pairings.
