I have a background in digital design and 2 years of experience working in retail with Calvin Klein, where I developed strong communication skills, emotional intelligence, and the ability to understand people’s needs quickly and clearly. I then worked in customer service for a property developer, strengthening my ability to communicate clearly, handle enquiries professionally, and adapt my language to different audiences and needs. Most recently, I spent several years working in retail with Calvin Klein, where I refined my people skills, emotional intelligence, and ability to deliver precise, high-quality communication in a fast-paced environment.

Across these roles, I have consistently combined creativity with structured thinking and human-centred communication — a foundation I am now keen to apply within the field of AI prompt writing and prompt design, helping shape how AI systems interact with people through clear, natural, and effective language.
