I am a driven and experienced creative writer who’s seen success in social media content creation through perseverance, adaptability and a strong willingness to educate myself about the ever-changing world of social media. I have excelled in Philosophy by developing sharp analytical skills and a significant level of attention to detail, earning myself awards at A-level and a First Class with Honours at degree level. Therefore, by pushing myself to succeed at my passions, I have curated the necessary skills for a successful career in marketing and I am keen to work with a company who can give me the experience to succeed in the industry.

• Built an audience of over 150k, in 6 months and across all platforms, by writing filming and editing creative humorous reactions to controversial videos which have currently amassed over 11 million likes and 55 millions views. 
• Facilitated paid collaborations with brands like Tango and Turbo AI by incorporating their products into the aforementioned creative process, resulting in an average of 200k views per post to drive traffic and brand awareness.
• Therefore, my in-depth understanding of social media will ensure marketing campaigns have a substantial reach and, in turn, greatly satisfies the brands intentions (brand awareness and sales generation). 

• Conducted thorough testing of new applications and websites, identifying technical/usability issues and areas for improvement with a strong attention to detail. 
• Provided detailed, structured reports on user experience, offering actionable feedback to enhance functionality and overall design by developing a strong understanding of the user experience.
• Therefore, I am able to identify elements that disrupt user experience, helping bridge the gap between a brand’s intentions and a user’s expectations. So, this ensures that marketing campaigns seem natural and are, therefore, more effective. 

• Delivered exceptional customer service by efficiently processing customer orders in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintained a clean and organised cafe environment while ensuring all supplies and inventory were fully stocked to meet customer needs. 
• Therefore, the customer experience acquired in this role, and many others across 9 years of work in the customer service industry, has allowed me to develop the necessary perseverance and communication skills required for a career in marketing.
