Worked in blank manufacturing producing the carbon fibre blanks that form the main body and structure of fishing rods and poles.

• Measured carbon fibre sheets accurately and operated cutting machines to prepare materials for production.
• Hand rolled carbon fibre onto the blanks as part of the manufacturing process, as well as operating rolling and wrapping machines and working with industrial ovens.
• Followed engineering design drawings and specifications for different rod and pole models.
• Carried out quality checks on every finished rod and pole, checking for faults and making sure products met the required standard.
• Worked as part of a team in a fast-paced production environment while following set manufacturing processes.
