The Love London Working programme is an ESF funded programme designed to remove employment barriers, and support economically inactive or long-term unemployed people.

• Delivered Information, Advice and Guidance to people with serious or multiple challenges preventing them from finding work, increasing personal independence and empowerment
• Developed and reviewed the complex needs assessment tool, to address criteria such as; mental health needs, disabilities, neurodivergence, abuse survivors, caring responsibilities, ex-offenders and more
• Assessing new incoming programme participants to criteria, preparing support plans
• Supported customers with employment advice, CV creation, job application, 1-2-1 coaching, working together to assess their abilities and create an action plan for fortnightly review
• Working with neurodivergent customers (ASD, ADHD, dyslexia, dyspraxia, and more)
• Identified challenges and supported customers via co-production and signposting
• Delivered tailored positive psychology and empowerment training to participants with excellent outcomes (60% gained employment before end of course delivery)

Olmec UK is an organisation dedicated to promoting equity and racial justice across the UK. Graduated the Black on Board programme, trained to become a board member. After graduation, alumni suggested an online Black on Board programme for the UK and was elected to join the board for this purpose to support the community in its aims.
