Main duties- Welcoming customers by determining their interests and needs; promoting beverage consumption by educating and upselling |Preparing and selling hot and cold drinks by following prescribed recipes and preparation techniques |Maintaining inventories by replenishing coffee bean supply, stocking coffee brewing equipment, defrosting pastries and preparing food |Following strict hygiene guidelines around food preparation, cross-contamination and food storage |Managing cleaning duties around busy schedules and time restraints and ensuring café and bar are cleaned to a high standard | Deep cleaning and pot wash.

Main duties- Ensuring an exceedingly high level of customer service | Handling customer queries patiently and efficiently while dealing with any complaints |Ensuring that the visual standards of the store met the company’s high standards |Completing transactions at the checkout |Building great relationships with customers, colleagues, and suppliers | Stock taking, stock rotation and stock replenishment. | Light day cleaning duties and deep clean after close - cleaning, sanitising and stocking toilets. Cleaning tables, counter tops and sinks. Maintaining a clean and sanitary kitchen area.
