Especially passionate about global business trends, people management, and marketing areas I continue to explore through both academic study and practical work experience. I have hands-on experience in retail, hospitality, and customer service roles, consistently delivering high-quality service in fast-paced environments. At Tommy Hilfiger, I have built my sales and communication skills, providing tailored product advice and maintaining brand standards. My time at Boost Juice and various bar venues enhanced my ability to adapt quickly, manage multiple responsibilities, and engage effectively with customers. I've also taken on supervisory responsibilities, demonstrating leadership and a proactive approach to team coordination. Currently pursuing a BSc in International Business Management at Oxford Brookes University, with a focus on globalisation, marketing, accounting, people management, and the future of work. This program is enhancing my understanding of international markets, strategic business operations, and cross-cultural communication skills that complement my hands-on experience in customer service and retail environments. Previously achieved a DDM (Distinction, Distinction, Merit) in Business and Accounting at Central Bedfordshire College, building a strong foundation in finance, business operations, and analytical thinking.
