I started working at Hibberts LLP in June 2021 as a Legal Secretary to a Partner of the firm. My role and responsibilities have grown increasingly over the years to help improve Client retainment and Fee earner billing.

In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my family, renovating our house and finding new places to eat out.

• Dealing with new client enquiries, opening files on the Case Management System, updating conflict checks and completion of compliance documents
• The drafting of Client Care Letters, emails and legal documents
• Dealing with Clients and potential new Clients on a daily basis both by telephone, email and in person

• Filing of documentation both on physical files and the Case Management System

Legal Secretary and Clerk to Barrister at The Dental Law Partnership (2008-11 – 2021-05)

I commenced work at The Dental Law Partnership in November 2008 as an Office Junior. During my 13 years of employment with the firm I gained numerous promotions from Office Junior, Receptionist, Paralegal and finally Legal Secretary to Solicitors and Clerk to the company's in-house Barrister.
