I work at Applied Nutrition, specialising in the formulation and execution of powder-based recipes for a wide range of supplements, including pre-workouts, proteins, BCAAs, and more. With hands-on experience in both development and quality control, I focus on creating effective and innovative products that meet both performance goals and regulatory standards. My role involves not only developing new blends but also ensuring their sensory quality—evaluating flavour, texture, and colour to guarantee a high-quality consumer experience.
