I am particularly passionate about topics that interest me, or reflect my passions, I am currently in the process of volunteering for NSPCC as a childline volunteer, surrounding answering and supporting children who request help, this reflects my passion for helping people, which I believe if given the chance, will allow me to give the best possible customer service.

During the busy Christmas period, I worked as part of the team at M&S Food, where I quickly learned how to handle a fast-paced retail environment. My role involved constant interaction with customers and adapting to whatever the store needed on the day. I became confident supporting shoppers, restocking shelves, and keeping the shop floor running smoothly even during peak times.

This experience helped me become more confident under pressure, strengthened my communication skills, and taught me how to work efficiently in a large team during the busiest retail period of the year.

• Replenishing stock throughout the day, organising displays, and making sure popular items were easy for customers to access.

Maths & English Tutor at Explore Learning (Present)

In my current role as a tutor at Explore Learning, I work with children of varying ages and abilities, supporting them in both maths and English. The job requires patience, creativity, and the ability to explain ideas in ways that make sense to different learners. I also work closely with parents and colleagues to keep everyone updated on progress.

This role has strengthened my leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities. It has also helped me develop a calm, encouraging teaching style that supports children academically and emotionally.
