During the busy Christmas period, I worked as part of the team at M&S Food, where I quickly learned how to handle a fast-paced retail environment. My role involved constant interaction with customers and adapting to whatever the store needed on the day. I became confident supporting shoppers, restocking shelves, and keeping the shop floor running smoothly even during peak times.
This experience helped me become more confident under pressure, strengthened my communication skills, and taught me how to work efficiently in a large team during the busiest retail period of the year.
