About
I am a Young and energetic individual, who is looking to start my career in a marketing role. I have recently completed a level 3 qualification in social media and marketing, to help enhance my skill set. I am extremely hard-working and always strive to do my best, and i want to progress in marketing in years to come with the more experience i gain, as i want to live a good lifestyle.
I am very active, i go to the gym to keep fit and i am very social as i love going out with people and i am a big people person and love being around people.

Marketing Assistant (4 week placement)
- Used Canva to design posters and social media posts for various events.
- Growed the social media presence, by researching and commenting on posts.
- Interacted with business clients through emails.
- Uploaded basic content to the company website.
- Booked and canceled meeting appointments.
- Watermarked images.
- Wrote up research projects, to be used by senior teams, to create copy.
Telesales and Customer Service
- Business Development where I called different trading channels and introduced the product and offered a free sampling session and built a relationship with that customer and maintained connections with existing customers and calling them to check in to see if everything is ok.
- When I contacted existing customers I also tried to upsell them to see if they want to try another flavour.
- Hit weekly email and call targets and tried to book a sample session each day.
- Account management where I had a list of accounts on Monday.com in our ownership, that we need to look after.
- Arranged sample boxes to be sent out to the trading channels to try and push them to do a sampling session, and updated the sample request tracker they provided, so they can be sent off.
Senior Customer Service Assistant
- Served customers at the tills, ensuring a friendly service and promoting any deals and providing recommendations.
- Promoted products and services in a way that is consistent with an organization’s brand.
- Dealt with customer queries and finding solutions to satisfy their needs.
- Communicated with customers to provide good customer service and increase the store's sales.
- If a customer has an issue, I provide a way to solve it.
Waiter and Floor Work
- Greeting and interacting with customers, in a friendly and welcoming manner, to create a positive atmosphere and experience.
- Bringing food and drinks to customers.
- Clearing tables promptly, and ensuring that tables are clean, and ready for more customers.
- Cleaning crockery, and glasses to high standards, ensuring there is always enough stock, for ordering customers.
