Oversaw a business with an operational expenditure budget of £280k with a net profit of £78k

• Manage and develop a workforce of 20+ people including full time, part time as well as volunteers
• Establishment of Development Center in collaboration with Higher Education College for athletes aged 16-18yrs, with a bespoke Student/Athlete timetable including sport science support and travel. This initiative generated £84k profit over a 2 year period
• Development of International event series that attracted participants from USA and Europe generating at least £100k profit annually
• Responsible for the leading the daily performance environment, technical direction and operational standards for the Programme and Performance athletes based at the SAC within the framework established through the Performance Strategy.
• Promote the overall strategic coaching direction of the performance club programme including mentoring coaches and volunteers.
• As a dynamic leader, swiftly build relationships and credibility with National and International level athletes, coaches and key stakeholders.
• Develop and nurture effective working relationships with a variety of performance staff, athletes, parents, external stakeholders and partner organisations.
• 20 British National Champions at Senior ,Youth ,Age Group Level both Long & Short Course;
• 50 National Medallists at Senior, Youth, Age Group Level both Long & Short Course;
• Multiple British National Junior Championships
• S9 Paralympic Gold Medallist, S8 Paralympic Bronze Medallist (Rio, 2016);
• S12 Paralympic World Records (Feb 2019 Heat and Final, March 2018, Dec 2018 Heat and Final, Dec 2018);
• S9 European Senior Champion 2014 , 2018
• European Junior Champion 2014
• 6 GB International athletes represented at either Paralympic, World, European

• Coached international athletes from Belarus, Cyprus, Ireland, Philippines, Poland,

Romania,Scotland, Wales;

• Coached International Triathlete to 15th place ITU Sprint Triathlon (Mexico 2016), 4th place in ITU Sprint Triathlon (Chicago 2015);
• Coached British National Triathlon Champion (2015)
• Coached Masters Athlete to Heart and Lung Transplant European Championship 2xGold, 1x silver, 1x bronze medals (June 2018)
• British College Championships Top Team (2018);
• Oversaw the membership growth from 43 to over 200 members;
