I am currently looking for a job, as I am not in college much as my cooking for the year has been complete. I need to stay productive each day. Finding another job (my first since turned 18) will help me out so much as it will build a base for the start of my adult life and teach me so many different skills and trades that will help me out in the long run as well as becoming more social with the people around me and the employees I would work alongside.

Handyman/Caretaker at Blessed Trinity RC College

5 Days Work Experience

• Followed experienced caretakers at the school, who taught me various skills and jobs that needed doing on a regular basis.
• Helped fix tables, broken door handles and arranged chairs for school gatherings.
• Ensured that the students at the school were in a safe environment whilst making sure to notify them of any hazards that I had come across.
• Picked up litter around the school premises.
• Manually lifted objects to store them along with other physically demanding tasks.
• Completed general maintenance and upkeep throughout the school building and grounds. Assessed interior and exterior property areas to assess damage and maintenance needs.
