Darcey Given

I am an ambitious 17 year old girl who is very strong in academics. As part of my academic journey I have also taken part in the maths challenge in 2023 which I found beneficial as it contributed to my resilient attitude and perseverance. As well as this, in school I am part of the racquets club and enjoy taking part in school activities such as house music, this has helped me further my teamwork skills.

Furthermore I have helped out during open nights for my school in 2023, 2024 and 2025. I also help out at Dickson Primary school on Wednesdays for their homework club. In the future I am hoping to become a primary school teacher as I find it a rewarding job as I enjoy working with children.

I believe in lifelong learning and therefore dedicate myself to many opportunities to further my education.
