Darcy Curran

I am Currently a Student Nurse at the University of Dundee, taking some time out to work. My work history and experience is primarily in hospitality where I have worked the past six years but through nursing I have devolved my care experience, skills and knowledge. I am a very hard working and compassionate person who is very passionate about helping people and love to be around them.

During my first years nurse training I have completed my manual handling and PVG certification for children and adults.

I began working at the Cairnbaan hotel from February of 2019 to Novemember of 2020. This was followed by the Horseshoe Inn from November of 2020 to August of 2021. This was followed by the Grey Gull Hotel in April of 2022 to August of 2023. I then moved to Dundee for university where I working in Bird and Bear Restaurant from November of 2023 to February of 2025.

My most relevant education would be at Lochgilphead high school where I received an A in Higher English, a B in Higher Art, a C in Advanced Higher History, a D in both Higher Biology and Chemistry and a D and National 5 Maths and as stated I am a Current student at the University of Dundee in the field of Nursing
