Patient Experience Department - Paid Internship at Barts Health Trust (2025-10 – 2026-01)

• Accurately input and manage FFT (Friends and Family Test) data to support patient experience monitoring.
• Gather information from various hospital offices to ensure complete and up-to-date datasets.
• Assisted with data analysis and produced clear, well-structured Excel reports.
• Developed PowerPoint presentations to communicate key insights to senior staff.

Administrative Support - Connaught Day Hospital at Barts Health Trust – Whipps Cross Hospital (2025-06 – 2025-07)

Provided administrative support in a day hospital for elderly patients.

• Scanning patient documents and uploading them to Cerner.
• Requesting patient notes from Medical Records.
• Updating consultant names on bed boards.
• Discharging patients on the NHS system.
• Preparing blood packs for doctors' home visits.
