I am a self-motivated global QHSE Manager with a wide range of experience in the Oil Industry, Fabrication, repair and maintenance, and in recent years the civil sector, including Training and Competency experience. Able to work on my own initiative, or more importantly as part of a team, I have proven leadership skills involving managing, developing and motivating teams to achieve their objectives and am dedicated to maintaining high standards of quality. Although very hands on in a QHSE operational aspect, I have also specialised in process and procedure development through gap analysis of management systems, creating the required processes, systems, documentation, training and roll out.
I can also build management system on SharePoint, automating them with Powerapps, Power Automate and Power BI.
