Worked for 16 years alongside many chefs who have come and gone. It's a family run business and worked closely with them to provide seasonal specials and to deliver food as fast and delicious as possible. The head chef left 8 years ago and gladly taken up the role he pursued. Work closely with the owner and overall kitchen manager to produce tasty and exciting food, all the time keeping the kitchen as clean as possible.
