Working for a National Charity with a commercial focus as an Employment Adviser. Managing a caseload of customers who are unemployed and referred by Job Centre Plus. As an Employment Adviser I use a variety of techniques including effective diagnosis/initial assessment to identify barriers to employment, individual and group coaching, developing paper based marketing tools such as CV's, supporting and improving interview techniques, speculatively approaching employers with and on behalf of the customer to source vacancies and maximising on any Participant funding available to achieve sustainable employment.

Apprenticeships Advisor - Exalt Training

4 month fixed term contract. I have been working from home this year as an Apprenticeships Advisor working on the phones and online using outlook and video calls. I have been engaging with Employers nationally and staff in the workplace to conduct Training Needs analysis and find suitable apprenticeship programmes for staff and supporting managers with setting up their Digital Apprenticeship accounts, working with councils for levy transfers, managing the onboarding on new learners and recruitment of new apprentices.

The skills i have are in planning, organising and telephone and online engagement, coordinating, information research and providing, negotiating and providing solutions on skills development.

• Comfortable making calls to others, working as part of a team and reporting results into the MD. Working with partnership organisations and handling queries and issues both technically with digital accounts, funding and administration. Resolving problems and managing the process from start to finish.
