(2000-09)
My current role involves me running a busy workshop with a team of six tyre fitters to guarantee a high standard of work is completed with health and safety regulations being met along side company policies. I welcome the customers into the workshop and ensure they have a positive customer experience. Another key part of my role is working on my own, using my own initiative to complete fleet checks to make sure the fleet vehicles are kept to a high standard and put any recommendations in place where required.
One of my daily responsibilities is the opening of the workshop making sure work is scheduled correctly to help ensure the day runs smoothly. On the introduction of new staff members joining the company it has been my responsibility to show them the rules around the workshop and train them on the equipment available.
