I am a highly experienced construction site manager with a diverse knowledge gained over many years working for some of the UK’s leading residential housing developers in the industry, smaller, bespoke housing developers, and large construction companies undertaking contracts in health care, leisure and education.

I have a strong background and vast knowledge of building regulations, warranty providers standards and health and safety, which I regularly keep myself updated with and provide advice/consult on.

I am an effective trouble-shooter and a proactive manager, with vast experience of mentoring, managing and training a variety of construction teams and sub-contractors on multiple projects. I am an experienced collaborator and can also work well on my own.

I have a proven, successful track record of completing build programmes to budget and within deadlines, take pride in building a great product, and endeavour to exceed all stakeholder expectations; having received in-house awards for customer service and health and safety being testament to this.
