My work as a counsellor is rooted in the belief that every person deserves to feel heard, valued, and safe. I hold experience in supporting survivors of domestic abuse, which has shaped me into a practitioner who leads with empathy, patience, and deep respect for each client’s story.Offering a therapeutic space where clients can explore trauma, reconnect with their identity, and move towards healing in a way that feels authentic to them. My integrative approach allows me to adapt to the individual, whether that means focusing on emotional regulation, self‑compassion, grounding, or simply holding space.I’m passionate about trauma‑informed practice, social justice, and creating environments where people can rebuild trust and agency, always looking to connect with others who share a commitment to compassionate, ethical mental health support.
