- Responsible for delivering a quality service meeting customers' needs and achieving KPI's.
- In charge of the day to day operations of the transport department.
- Efficiently managing a team of drivers and vehicles.
- Responsible for all of the dispatching, routing, and tracking of delivery vehicles.
- Dispatching oversized loads to national destinations using the ESDAL system.
- Ensuring company compliance of all transport policies, legislation and tacograph procedures.
- Managing, monitoring and developing a team of drivers.

- Resolving and managing queries and complaints courteously and efficiently.
- Taking disciplinary measures when required.
- Ensuring all site and customer objectives are achieved.

A well-established logistics and warehousing company with multiple sites within the UK. The company has a large, varied fleet of vehicles ranging from flats, rigids, artics and tankers. During employment was responsible for the management of 140 vehicles, which ran on a 24hr, 7 day per week basis.
