Manage the accounts cycle of 3 motor dealerships over 2 sites.

• Manage cashflow with weekly forecasts
• Forecasting & liaising with management team
• Credit control and debt management
• Payroll management
• Proficiency of dealership management system, rev 8 Kerridge
• Proficiency of Microsoft excel
• Prepare the dealership budget
• Analysis of the balance sheet & profit & loss
• Complete and reconcile stock take, Vehicles, Parts & fixed asset
• Compile and reconcile demo write downs each month, calculation of the monthly depreciation

• Completing tax analysis

• Entering banking on the Nominal Ledger into the various suspense accounts, using double entry journals, ensuring all suspense accounts are cleared down daily
• Ensuring dealerships are completing banking
• Resolution of queries with banking or suspense accounts
• Process and allocate any outstanding payments from sales ledger and purchase ledger
• Completion of transfers and cheque requests
• Resolution of dealership and customer payment queries
• Complete manufacturer composites
• Reconcile EMAC, Service plan, Warranty
• Complete funding and consigned stock reconciliation weekly
