I have worked within a management position for over 20 years where I have learnt that I am only as good as my team. I always put my team first and ensure I support, Motivate, mentor and challenge every individual to be the best that they can be. I have developed myself over the years to become a versatile individual that can lead in customer service as well as work individually on a project.

I am particularly strong at analysing data, I believe you can gain an understanding of how improvements can be made from the results and action what I have learnt. I lead from the front and I am not afraid to deal with customers personally whether its a general enquiry or a complaint.
