• Picking and packing orders with voice picking. I am given several commands for each order pick and have to follow strict instructions to avoid errors.
• Driving MHE truck safely around a fast paced, tight environment with several members of a team.
• Greeting customers and providing them with excellent service whilst inside the store and also online.
•  Packing orders, placing orders to keep stock, stock counting and produce flow.
•  Monitoring my team by giving them advice, showing them how to improve and clearly and concisely communicating with them in order to reach goals and expectations.
• Leading by example and demonstrating strong customer service.
• IT based role including problem solving, quality control and helping with other colleagues problems.
• Logging queries, fixing problems quickly and reporting issues to my section leader to keep the workplace flowing.
• Processing fixed items back onto the warehouse floor after relevant checks have been completed.

5 GCSEs including English and Mathematics and Statistics. BTEC Level 3 Double Distinction in ICT. National Citizenship Service 2017
