Working as part of a large management team, tackling various large sites across London with a wide range of lifts. Health and safety protocols were a major part of the working day, from Audits on labour as well as adhering to client and builder needs. The job was predominantly aimed at new building solutions for multiple Lift sites and/or high rise and scenic lifts.
Time split 50% office based and 50% on site dealing with direct labour and Sub contractors. Site preparation is key, with day to day issues on site being dealt with from labour and client management.
