I have experience in many areas of work including vehicle fitter, mental health support worker and Colour Sergeant in the army reserves. I am a conscientious worker and strive to achieve high standards. I can work autonomously or as part of a team. I served in the Army reserves for 27 years during which I have completed operational tours in Afghanistan, Iraq, Cyprus and Kuwait. These varying roles have provided me with valuable and transferrable skills.

This job was to train recruits aged from 17 to 45 the very basic military syllabus to enable them to progress within their military career, also to provide stores and supplies to enable all aspects of the training of regular and reserve soldiers that attend the ATU. Part of this role was driver assessment and training, looking at different areas and where improvements could be made.
