I am a friendly, enthusiastic, and hardworking student with a passion for helping others and building positive relationships. I enjoy meeting new people, working as part of a team, and taking on new challenges. My interests include sports, music, cooking, running, and volunteering within my local community.
My work experience at South Road Pharmacy strengthened my communication, organisation, and customer service skills. I assisted with answering telephone calls, locating prescriptions, and serving customers, which increased my confidence when interacting with members of the public and reinforced my interest in healthcare. This experience inspired me to pursue a future career in pharmacy, where I can combine my passion for science with my desire to support others.
Alongside this, I have volunteered at SureStart Nursery, where I helped care for young children by reading stories, teaching basic skills, organising activities, and encouraging positive behaviour. I also used my musical talents to entertain children by playing guitar, helping to create an engaging and enjoyable environment. Music has been a significant part of my life from a young age.
I am a Grade 6 classical guitarist, play piano, sing, and compose music using digital software. My musical experiences have helped me develop creativity, discipline, confidence, and the ability to perform under pressure. As a Senior Prefect, Scout, and active participant in school sports, I have developed strong leadership, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
I remain calm in challenging situations, communicate effectively with others, and take pride in supporting those around me. I am highly motivated, reliable, and eager to continue developing my skills through future education, work, and volunteering opportunities.
