Mears are one of the largest providers of repairs, maintenance, installation and regeneration services in the UK and work locally with Milton Keynes Council on their many thousands of homes. As an electrician, I am involved in the electrical testing of both tenanted and void properties, installation of new equipment and accessories, such as fuse boards, fans, smoke alarms, general repairs and electrical certification in the form of EICR's, EIC's and Minor Works.
