I am an undergraduate student at Cardiff University who has a strong commitment to his university work and is hoping to explore more job opportunities that Cardiff has to offer. Considering my past experience in hospitality, I have learnt how to become a good people person; willing to serve, assist and welcome clients with a smile on my face. I am also a quick learner and would be enthusiastic to acquire new skills or work in new industries; I pride myself on my open mindedness and aspiration to be a hard worker.

I can be a flexible and happy to work around 12-14 hours a week. I am also bilingual, having the ability to speak Spanish at a high level.

Have learnt a plethora of life skills throughout my 4 years working as a front of house member at this pub. My customer service and confidence when speaking with people has drastically improved and feel comfortable enough to chat, recommend and assist customers with what they desire.
