My Roles were to

*Installing Packaging Film

*Best Before Date Coding

*Weigher monitoring (making sure we pack standard weights) and regular weigher hooper calibrations to zero adjust them so that they always produce correct weights

*Non -complicated troubleshooting when Machine Operator faults arise and report complicated faults to relevent field artisans.

*Packing Team leading (Feeders,sealers, manual packers and Stackers).

-Making sure packers pack the correct number of products,correct weights and standard products.

• Feeder feeds product in a manner that doesn't confuse the weigher.
• Sealer seals neatly and appropriately.
• working hand in hand with the Stacker to make sure the product doesn't leaves the factory without meeting all the

Standards.

-Regular product checks before it goes to the packers ( date code,weights, product identity and working hand to hand with the Quality Controller.

I am also a Certified S.H.E representative and First Aider .My role was to make sure S.H.E rules and regulations are followed .
