An experienced and confident leader, having managed a number of highly successful local authority schools over the past seventeen years within the West Midlands; I am a highly motivated individual who demonstrates high levels of enthusiasm.

Excited to embark on a career shift; I am seeking a management role, where I can transfer the wide range of skills I have developed as an effective leader: leading large teams, overseeing all financial management and budget setting, implementing and monitoring all curriculum and health and safety related policies, driving strategic development/improvement through effective self-evaluation, monitoring and overseeing recruitment, performance management, staff learning and development and the spectrum of H.R processes.

• Developing teams by building capacity for all staff, with a strong focus on continuous learning, through the effective use of data (KPIs), self-evaluation and improvement planning.

• Delivering value for money - efficient and effective use of funds and resources to maximise outcomes.
• Ability to work under pressure with a high level of accountability; demonstrating resilience, perseverance and flexibility.
• Self-directed – able to work flexibly across a range of operations. 

A qualified Teacher since 1995, I have a Bachelor of Education (Honours) 2:1 Degree and have completed various post-graduate management training, including: National Professional Qualification for Headteachers and Leadership Pathways deliver by the National Collage for School Leaders (NCSL).
