Within this job I had to work long hours throughout the year 7 days a week. My role included general upkeep and maintenance of rides, Operating rides and stools alike with a team or alone. This job required a lot of money handling and mathematical skills. I enjoyed this position as it gave me confidence and the opportunity to meet new people also travel the country.

During my employment I was part of a customer service team that dealt with a variety of daily tasks. This involved talking to customers over the telephone and dealing with them face to face which ment I had to have an in-depth knowledge about products which were always being updated. My main focus was to provide excellent customer service.
Providing a good experience and selling the appropriate products to the customers. I became a senior member of the team as I quickly learnt all roles, meaning I could assist wherever needed. Sales, invoicing, stock taking and customer service was a large part of my role and I enjoyed the variation.
