Currently employed within a busy multi site catering operation on the south coast. I manage several catering outlets and the teams within them. I am looking to build upon my recent qualification within the arra of distillation. (IBD Certificate of General Distillation). Ideally a job in which I can learn, grow increasingly my knowledge in the spirits industry whilst using my skills set to support a team. I have a passion for the industry with whisky being my main pursuit.
