• Developed integrated HVAC and process-heating solutions incorporating BMS, PLC/HMI, instrumentation and mechanical/electrical interfaces.
• Supported growth of the gas-transmission business from a new market position to approximately 85% market share, contributing to an annual business stream of approximately £8m.
• Developed standardised modular heating packages and international build standards, reducing repeat engineering and manufacturing effort while improving throughput and project margins.
• Converted client requirements and energy opportunities into costed, technically viable solutions, supporting repeat business and long-term customer relationships.

Managed new customer relationships and developed a modular boiler system for the HVAC market, combining technical engineering, commercial awareness and client-specific solution development.
