I am hard working, good time keeper, loyal, flexible, a great problem solver and rarely ill. I have been in work environments which were subject to fast pace changes in day to day work flow as well as changes in technology. I am currently looking for full time employment ideally but will not dismiss part time offers.

I am happy to consider roles in administration, HR, Customer / client liaison, sales, telesales. I am computer literate and familiar with spreadsheets, creating reports. I am also trained as a coach. Please note that I am happy to accept roles which are of a junior level and the level of pay associated with that role.

However, on roles which require an in depth knowledge then the market rate can be negotiated.

Branch Manager / Assistant Manager / Office Junior - NATWEST BANK - Dalton, Barrow, Kendal, Lakes, Ulverston

I began as an office junior with National Westminster bank. I worked my way through the business having experience in all aspects of the business. I became and Assistant Manager when I was 32 and became a branch manager not long after.

I managed for various periods at the following branches: Dalton, Barrow, Kendal and in Lakes. I was manager of the Furness Landing centre for 3 years looking after approx. 50,000 personal customers and about 1800 small businesses. Latterly before taking voluntary redundancy I was posted for the third time as manager at Ulverston office where I was also the admin manager for the Furness Business centre.

I also supervised the introduction of the LEAN Process and completed all the reviews to ensure nothing had been removed that was vital to processes. In the last few years with the bank I stood in for area managers on 2 occasion whilst doing my branch job being responsible for up to 140 staff over 13 branches. My Branch in Ulverston was one of the top branches in the north west for performance.

I also had the honour of having a large private banking section within that branch as well. At my branches I always made sure we had a presence in the communitie

Site Joiner / Project Manager - AJK Construction

I worker for 3 years as a site joiner for this company also being involved with installation of drains roofing and many other aspects of site work. I worked as a project manager at times and in recent times project managed a warehouse conversion to apartments.

Recruitment Consultant - Land and Sea Resources Ltd

(2018 - 2024-07)

I worked at Land and Sea Resources as a recruitment consultant.

• Client liaison. Visiting client and negotiating terms with them. Making visits to their offices etc
• Checking contacts, calculating charge rates for filling job vacancies. Canvasing for new clients from leads obtained at trade fairs and recommendations.
• Calculating payrole figures by hand in order to check candidate pay queries.
• Ringing candidates from our database on a telesales type framework perhaps 2 per minute in order to find candidates to fill our client requirements for manpower.
• Using Indeed Linkedin and social media as well as issuing our own adverts.
• On occasion volunteering to fill a vacancy for a client when we were unable to find a suitable candidate and I had the necessary skill set.
