About
I am an experienced and committed professional with a strong background in supporting young people within education, inclusion, and sport settings. I have extensive hands-on experience working with young people with SEMH needs, ADHD, autism, trauma, and additional learning challenges. Safeguarding is central to my practice, and I am confident in recognising risk, responding appropriately, and accurately recording concerns using CPOMS while working closely with safeguarding and pastoral teams.
I am passionate about building positive, trusting relationships and providing consistent, practical support to help young people feel safe, engage meaningfully, and work towards their personal, academic, and behavioural goals. I work effectively within multi-disciplinary teams and alongside families and external agencies, and I am calm, reliable, and approachable in challenging situations.
