David Snell

My name is David Snell. For a considerable time, I have worked as a professional Interim. Either as a CTO or IT Director or on turnaround Programmes/Projects for clients facing challenges of time/finance/confidence, or all of the above. To do this one has to understand the mission requirements, the technology and the human aspect of getting things done.

I have knowledge across multiple technologies, which allows me to have the imagination and creativity to see solutions where others see only confusion. I understand how businesses work, having lectured in Organisational Resource Management to post grad students. In addition to this, I have extensive leadership skills, utilising soft psychology to make staff the active change agents who own the changes being made. I have also lectured in Leadership and Change.
