Working within the biggest shopping centre in the UK Westfield London for 3 years. As a Security Officer I have gained a great amount of skills, some consist of First Aid. Hostile reconnaissance. critical thinking and leadership. Adaption to difficult situations. Crowd control and fire safety. Communication skills with public and through technology and many more.
This job I had to patrol constantly in a specific area of the mall with it changing every week. Stopping crime while knowing our legal rights was key, as we had many thefts, stabbings, fights and gang conflicts. While securing the publics safety and our own, we had to know our legal rights to stop such actions and having on site police was helpful.
5 years of retail Experience After taking an interest in security and currently have 3 years and going of experience within the field.
I also have some experience with the military as a British Army Reserve infantry but only for a year.
Most recent education was with an Open University in Graphic Design.
