I have worked in UX for over 20 years. As a UX manager, consultant and designer, I have helped organisations and businesses to get better results by making their sites and software more intuitive. I have built teams, implemented processes and delivered benefit by designing through research, prototyping, user testing, and experimentation. I have developed a strong expertise in UX design, user research, UI, service design, web design, and digital design management. Additionally, I am a certified Behavioural Science practitioner and Scrum Master.
In my roles as the Head of UX at Superdry, Head of UX at Bulk and Lead UX at Motability, I have led a teams of UX designers, researchers, and developers to deliver engaging and innovative digital solutions. I have implemented process and practice, developed team comms and applied Enterprise Design Thinking principles and tools to create user-centric strategies, journeys, flows, structures, and interfaces, as well as to conduct user tests and analytics. I have also led UX projects for British Army, Deloitte, JustEat, and HMRC.
