Led Westminster City Council's Microsoft Copilot pilot and wider organisational trial, setting the direction for adoption, training, and user enablement ahead of the wider rollout. Played a leading role in the successful rollout of 300 licences following the trial phase and helped prove the service as business-as-usual delivery. Developed the wider organisational adoption plan, shaping change management, engagement, and sustainable implementation of AI tools across council services.
Currently leading key elements of the rollout of 3,000 licences across the organisation, coordinating enablement activity, learning support and stakeholder engagement at scale.
