In 2025 I had work experience at a property investment company in Sheffield called The Dowbusz Group which allowed me to strengthen my existing skills while gaining and enhancing new ones, including the following:

• Used effective communication in a second language to overcome a language barrier with a customer, successfully navigating the issue and reaching a satisfactory solution.
• Resolved a tenant issue by diagnosing and repairing a faulty washing machine during a property inspection, ensuring minimal disruption and maintaining tenant satisfaction.
• Assisting the lettings team by conducting viewings with potential tenants, inspecting properties to ensure they are in good condition before check ins and promptly reporting any issues to the project manager
• Supported the sourcing team during property viewings by evaluating potential investment opportunities based on condition, location and market trends.
• Conducted detailed property analyses to identify if it fits our investment strategy and assess potential return on investment (ROI) and profitability for each project.

In 2023 I had work experience at Shortland Horne estate agency which gave me the chance to develop and learn valuable skills such as:
