I retired April 2024 from full time nursing in the community and continued to do bank work for the NHS part time. i am looking for a new role and job skills , where i am not getting down on my knees every day to do leg dressings. i like to learn new skills. i am a keen worker , and looking for something new and exciting. i am able to multi task which my previous role set me up for. i put my heart and soul into my work , i know when to ask and seek help when i need to
i can list all my nursing skills such as dressings and treatments, but want to move away from these. In my previous role i had to delegate work to appropriate skill mix, manage my time management. Organise my working day. Mentor staff, do appraisals of my team. I had to complete audits and handle complaints
my most relevant education is based around nursing such as safe guarding, manual handling etc.
